Cancellations:

We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us a 24-hour notice if you must cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a cancellation fee. Any “no-shows” will be charged 100% of the services booked.

We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to ensure you have the appointment time that works best for you.

Child Safety Policy:

Our concerns are for the safety of your children.

We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend for yourself. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, your child must be attended by another adult (who is not receiving services) at all times and waiting in the provided waiting area. Unfortunately the salon cannot provide childcare services. Also, carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas due to our limited space.

We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. Older children, (12+) capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided waiting area. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind.

Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. RO16 Salon and Spa stylists are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of services possible.

No Pets: 

Pets are not allowed in the salon by the State of Oregon except for services animals.
